The Oprah Winfrey Show
Can be an American syndicated talk show that aired for 25 seasons from 1986 into 2011. Hosted Oprah Winfrey, by its own namesake and produced, it remains the highest-rated discussion show in American television series.
The show was highly influential, and several of its subjects stormed into the American pop-cultural consciousness. Inspire and winfrey used the show as a platform to both teach, providing audiences with a confident, spiritually uplifting experience by featuring compelling interviews, book clubs, self-improvement segments, and philanthropic forays into world events. The show gained credibility by not trying to profit off. It had no licensing agreement with retailers if products were encouraged, nor did the show make any money from endorsing novels for its book club.
Oprah is one of the tv talk shows in history. The show received 47 Daytime Emmy Awards before Winfrey chose to quit submitting it because of 2000.
