Pastel Memories

Akihabara is popularly known as a shining beacon for otaku culture. However, at a future, that culture is on the decline because of mysterious affliction causing memory loss that is widespread. Because of this, Akihabara has now really lost its luster. However, in one of the few remaining otaku shops, Izumi and also a couple of comrades hatch a plan to reestablish lost memories and then reunite"Akiba" into its former glory.
