Buccaneers & Bones
The famed saltwater flats of the Bahamas and Belize give a beautiful setting for the fishing experience and conservation initiative undertaken in"Buccaneers and Bones." Journalist Tom Brokaw -- that narrates the string -- directs an expedition seeking the island's mythical bonefish. Mixing Brokaw are an eclectic group of company titans and celebrities, writers into swap and flyfish stories about the wonders of the sport, and the modern day buccaneers also talk about the importance of ensuring healthy populations of marine species for generations to come. The series reveals research financed by other organizations and Bonefish and Tarpon Trust -- advice that help anglers catch more fish and conserve delicate habitats. Different seasons of the series take place from the island of Ambergris Caye in Belize. Patagonia founder Yvon Chouinard, celebrities Liam Neeson and Michael Keaton, Television host Jimmy Kimmel, along with musician Huey Lewis are amongst Brokaw's guests.
