Where's Officer Tuba?

Sammo Hung stars in this unnatural crime comedy led Phillip Chan Yan-kin and by Ricky Lau Koon-wai. Tuba (Hung) is a fainthearted cop that prefers to play at the brass section of this authorities group to pounding the roads. 1 afternoon , he finds himself swept up in a extortion case with trigger-happy detective Rambo Chow (David Chiang Da-wei).
