The Grown-Ups
Rita anita, Ricardo and Andrés have been attending a school for children with Down syndrome for 40 decades. After this time around, they are starting to tire of this safe, familiar atmosphere. Now over 45 yrs of age, a number of them feel that working in the school bakery is a challenge. They yearn for freedom. Andrés and anita are inlove but live together with their own families. They dream of acquiring a place to be lonely together, and they want to have married and raise a family group. Sadlythe society they live in isn't equipped to appeal for their own desire for greater independence. Regardless of the training they receive on becoming"responsible adults," all four of these remain reliant upon other people to make decisions for them, much to their own frustration.
